Change of name
If you’ve recently changed your name, simply follow the process below.
Process
- Complete the change of name form* (requires a website account)
- We’ll aim to complete the change in 28 days after we’ve received your request
* You’ll need to upload a photo or photocopy of your marriage certificate, Deed Poll certificate or Decree Absolute.
Updating your email address
If you’ve also got a new email address, you can change this on the your personal details page.
