Important message regarding your online account
On Monday 3rd June 2024, the Report a Repair feature will be getting an upgrade. You will still be able to access the page online 24/7 and choose the repair appointment time and day that suits you, however the look and feel will be slightly different.
Please refer to the Repair Responsibilities page for more information about what you can report as a repair.
Report a repair
Please don’t report more than one repair at a time. Complete a new repair form for each separate problem. Thanks
