We are settle. We provide services to more than 23,000 residents in over 10,000 homes in neighbourhoods across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire.
At settle we put residents first. We know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as each resident.
The year 2023/24 marked the final year of our plan to 2024 which focused on providing good services; being a well-run social business; delivering more homes and being a place where colleagues love to work.
Our new plan to 2030
During the past year we have been working with residents, colleagues and stakeholders to develop our new plan which we launched in April 2024. We have a refreshed purpose, vision, priorities and values. Our full plan can be seen at settle 2030 plan.
These financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2024 complete reporting against our plan to the end of 2024. We will start reporting against the commitments in our new plan in our next financial statements.
