Introducing Settle
We are Settle. We provide services to more than 24,000 residents in over 10,000 homes in neighbourhoods across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and South Cambridgeshire.
At Settle we put residents first. We know that everyone is different, so we ensure that we provide a service that is as individual as each resident.
We focus on delivering great services for new and existing residents so that they live in safe, warm, affordable homes. To do this, we know that we need a dedicated team, united by the strength of our culture, and effective partnerships to underpin our work. You'll see more about all of this on the following pages.

Our team
Settle is a team of around 300 colleagues with a wide range of experience working in the housing sector and beyond. What connects us is our passion for social housing and the power it has to transform people's lives.
Leading the team is our Exec, who work together to shape our strategy and help guide the direction of the organisation. They ensure that every area of Settle is in tune with the rest and working effectively so that each team plays its part in contributing to our overarching purpose and delivering the best possible outcomes for residents.
Overseeing it all is our Board, who make sure that Settle is a high-performing and well-run business that looks after its residents and colleagues and meets all of the standards required by the Regulator of Social Housing. Our Board members bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to Settle. Between them, they have worked in and out of the housing sector in a wide range of different roles. Sally Veitch is Chair of our Board, supported by Andrew Foster as Vice-Chair.
